Hi sir/madam,
We have acquired property from our ancestors through partition deed. They have sold earlier the land without our knowledge by mentioning our names. And once we acquired we have sold the ll and not knowing this.
After 42 years the second time buyer sent court notices , out of 7 parties involved 3 are deceased.
They are treating by filing cheating case multiple times. How to proceed with this .

If you have received notice/summons from court, appear before either in person or through an advocate, get the copies of the plaint and documents they rely upon.
After that discuss with your advocate and produce all the documentary evidences in your support and pass suitable instructions to your advocate to defend your interests.

After acquiring the ancestral property by a partition deed and they sold the same earlier means? After partition, how can they sell it, and you have sold the property. What is it? is it correct?
