Is Eye sight an issue to get bank job?

Respected sir/madam
I am extreme myopic ,i have -10 power in both my eyes but i can work on computer for long time with out any problem .will i get rejection in ibps po medical test ?
If yes then am i visually impaired?
Please answer me as soon as possible

You may go thru the job advt/application/T&C etc and relate with precedence's.........
The Bank employee's unions can provide you the inputs.
On what basis you have been declared visually impaired?

Generally total amount of myopia should not exceed -8.00.
However, you may consult medical standards fixed by the recruiter.

The answers could only be subjective. Anyhow, once you are selected the Bank is under the legal obligation provide you a suitable appointment.

bank or IBPS usually cnducts medical fitness test and shall declare you as selected or rejected.
You may remain vigilant and careful to obtain the printed versions.
