Iam an employee in Government at Gazetted officer Grade B rank. my probation period is for 2 years. I am willing to go abroad for my further studies but the month whn iam willing to go in that month only 10-11 months of my service would have been completed. such that i will be still in probation. Under which rules i can get leave ? . The duration of my study will be 5 years

You need permission from the Government to pursue further studies abroad. That would take care of the sanction of leave also.
Are you employed with the Central Government or the State?

read leave rules applicable to State Govt.
These rules are generally identical to central rules which do not put any cap on the leave during probation period. one can avail leave as long as employer is willing to give and as long as it is admissible.
with such a length of service you will neither be eligible to study leave nor will have 5 years leave to credit (even unpaid leave has a ceiling)

THE SERVICE REGULATIONS OR THE LEAVE RULES APPLICABLE TO YOUR CADRE/CATEGORY MAY BE READ OR THE ISSUE CAN BE CLARIFIED FROM THE ADMIN SECTION/ESTABLISHMENT SECTION OF YOUR OFFICE/HEAD OFFICE. AS ADVISED BY EXPERT MR. P. VENU, YOU MAY APPLY FOR PERMISSION FOR PURSUING HIGHER STUDIES AT ABROAD ALONG WITH AN APPLICATION FOR LEAVE, WHICH WILL TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM.
