Stamped and signed plain papers may be misused, consult your lawyer and send notice not to use these papers.

Mr.Vaasu. Your father borrowed a hand loan from your maternal uncle who has given your father Rs.50000/-. He has taken signatures on blank Rs.20 stamp paper and also on some blank white papers and you are apprehending that he might misuse.
This, perhaps your maternal uncle has done with an intention to make your father to commit for repayment. Anyway, if you are so scared and doubting your own maternal uncle, better you arrange the money, refund it to him and ask for return of blank papers.
If you go on doubting the intentions of persons who helped you in time of need, you will not have peace of mind. You are doubting your maternal uncle, before he misuses the papers. But on what belief he has lent Rs.50000 to your father? Have you ever thought of it?
