my father expired with out will , now we are in family my mother , my two married sister , me , my wife and my son .
plz tell me who is the legal heir of my father property.
or how we distribute our property plz tell me in detail ,,, its very urgernt

it is repeated query. the property will be divided into four equal parts to one to your mother and two shares to you sisters and one share to you.

you are first class legal heirs. So your mother, sisters, brother(you) are the legal heirs and divide the shares equally.

Yes, there is no will regard the subject property mean all legal heirs will get equal share.. Then your wife and son legal heir to yours only. Not for your father.
