My wife file a case against me of 12 DV what to do. I am retired aif force personal and preparing for Gov job my wife is primary school teacher gov. What to do. I am living in kanpur and wife in lucknow in her home. Last 1 year separate each other. My mother is ill and fater expire in jan 2024. First hearing 21 Jun what to do.

The DV case filed by her is not an obstacle for your preparations to attend interviews or examinations for government jobs.
You can challenge them if they are false claims.
You will be getting an opportunity to interact with for reconciliation of the differences between you both during a mediation session once you appear before court on the date of hearing.
You discuss with your lawyer at length and proceed as suggested
