The court,in which non-appearance of a person after his proclamation u/s 82 of Cr.P.C. held, will register a complaint u/s 174-A of I.P.C. as section 195 Cr.P.C. bars complaint by any other.After said complaint a case u/s 174 A will be registered and accused will be prosecuted in court of J.M.I.C.
