Recently, the Supreme Court has directed the trial courts in India to frame charge u/s302IPC along with 304B in dowry death cases.
Kindly let me know the particulars of that judgement. Regards.

COuldn`t be as if all trial courts have to press charges u/s 302 IPC then what was the need of 304B?
Does it not mean that 304B is now absolete, it should be scraped now?
Do we such laws like 304B IPC where accused are guilty till they prove their innocence?
304 IPC is the only law where prosecution does not need any evidence to prove their case?
If wife is dead..302 IPC on husband and all family members and when husband dies then it is social service....
Wah!..wah....THIS COUNTRY IS GOING TO hell then.....

Yes,S.C has directed the trial courts to add the charge u/s 302 of I.P.C to the charge of sec 304B in cri.M.P No 23051/10 decided on 22.11.2010 titled as Rajbir @Raju $ others vs State of Haryana,reported in 2011{1}WLC{S.C}criminal45.
