if a person is freed from the charge of 307 and if in the evidence the prosecutor failed to proov the serologist who examined the weapon of offence, in that case wheather the accused be aquitted from 4/25 arms act?

No. the accused will not be aquitted from Secs 4 & 25 Arms Act.
If in the evidence the prosecutor failed, to prove the serologist who examined the weapon of offence, he may be acquitted from Sec 307, IPC.

no.because both section having different ingrediants and both act r different.this is simple ans.
