respected sir,
i am sundar from andhra pradesh.
i am preparing for civil serivice examinations. last month when i was going on a bike in hyderabad,and i am riding avg speed 70.. the police man stops me and written a fir 336ipc on over speed.. i am really scared about this,because i was sure that i could crack the exam.. but this burden came on me.. what action they will take on me?? and there will be any effect on my examination?!. please guide me..

Do not worry about your examination. Traffic offence does not create any hurdle on your employment. Did you hit anyone? No. police people are overenthusiastic. was there snake driving? I think No. Then it is ok. Was anybody scared of your driving? No. your act must pose threat to someone else. Who is that someone. Did not the police let you off by getting the case compounded and collecting compounding fee? They must have. Then nothing happens.
