My engagement was happen with my one of sister in law. After one and half month I got a anonymous call from a person.then I came to know that she has some relationship with another person. The person called me and met me personally and given 30 photos of her when she was with him. He told me lot of things about her. I refused marry her. They filed case on me with above sections. After seeing the photos and knowing about her, I m helpless to Marry her. It's been an year now, I am attending the court. I am not feeling that I will be getting justice. If any one see this just give me advice. I am innocent. I trusted their family. I never thought she will cheat me. After seeing all those photos even by police, they filed a case on me. How can I marry her after knowing that she with some one else.

So you have no proof.
You also thereby have no justification to refuse marriage.
Better beg for mercy.
Strange they have not alleged dowry demand as reason for refusal to marry.

You were at fault in breaking the engagement without confirming independently the information from a stranger which must have been provided for purpose. The family was well known to you. You want justice even you seem to be at fault.

If the female in question was married then in these 10 months you could have proved her marriage exists.
The anonymous called claims to you that he is her husband.
Her husband has given you photographs.
Her husband claims that girl and her family have fleeced him also.
You may better engage a sharp lawyer and prove your innocence.

I was convicted for 1 year and 5000 fine for 417 and same for 493 and same for 506 and 1000 fine for 323 on 10th Nov 2016. Now I am going for an appeal in District court rangareddy. If you were innocent then apparently you have not been able to establish your innocence.
