Wife assaulted mother in law in Mar-2010 to bleeding injury. An offense was registered u/s 324 and she was convicted for 1 month SP. While case of 324 was going on wife files case of 498 in Jun-2010. She kept prolonging the 498 case. And about in Nov-2012 she filed application for 'Re-investigation'/'further investigation'. Now in Jan 2014 court allowed the re-investigation application. Should I file a revision or appeal ? Any other kind suggestion please? Please help.- Regards.

Yes, you can file Revision. At least in Revision you can get of you so pray for expeditious disposal of trial in time bound manner.

if you are innocent you have nothing to fear . let re investigations be carried out

You have every right to file revision / appeal to higher court against the decision of court.
