Hello experts
Me and my family names are registered under 498a complaint no charge sheet as of now however my brother had filed PR visa for immigration to Canada which will take 8 to 9 months to get visa
Ques will this complaint make a hindrance to process visa. As mediation is completed and we are waiting for bail or no bail date

In visa application pendency of case is of no hindrance. only in conviction it is disallowed.

Just try to complete the proceedings.. Otherwise while the litigation is pending visa will not be permitted..

Await for bail also still the litigation is pending. And what is the result of the said mediation?

Though the pending case will not be a hindrance to the Visa processing, it is better to apply for quash so that the future problems can be avoided.
