498a complaint caw cell- delhi

I have a 498A Complaint in CAW cell at Delhi. Police have not shown me the Complaint that has been submitted. There have been five sessions where I have attended. Now I have been called again for a session by the police.

Is there a chance that FIR be registered in by then and when I go on that day I am not allowed to return and arrested.

Is there AB provision in Delhi basis the complaint filed. I dont have the complaint copy and since five sessions already passed what is chance of FIR registering.

Can I apply AB basis the Complaintand is it granted normally.

Yes there is a chance.
You better apply for anticipatory bail.

Delhi has the most relaxed regime of 498-a.
