Myself having serious problem in Civil Procedure Code 1908.
Publishers have printed CPC 1908 after 2016 amendment in various fashion and which publisher is correct and which not is question which arise in front of me.
I asked for official updated copy from Legislative dept Law ministry , they too don't have latest updated copy.
Whether anyone have faced similar problem ?
Can anyone recommend Bare Act of CPC 1908 which can be taken as authorized text.
I require it for technical reasons

The authenticated publication is by Government of India only. Negligence in printing Law books where each dot and comma has its meaning, is a serious issue faced every day by lawyers.
In such a case you are to do PHD yourself on particular line by referring old books prior to amendment, the amendment, and books after amendment.
I prefer to CPC by Sarkar published by Wadhwa.

Actually there is drafting error in my opinion in last CPC amendment of 2016 and that is why confusion is created . I read this parliament session they are introducing new CPC amendment bill to amend CPC order V : Issue of summons
But I believe this time they will rectify errors of previous amendment too .
Lot confusion has taken place and I could detect many errors in last amendment where one clause was contradictory to other and thus every one including publishers had problem
One publisher like professional created two different edition of CPC . one edition print shows this way cpc amended second edition show other way and in my opinion both edition have errors
