About giving rent

sir, i was about construct a house and obtained building sanction plan now. I am running out of fund now can i rent the vacant plot for rent please answer me since the building plan period is not over can i rent it according to law in BBMP limits

What is BBMP?

If your building plan has been sanctioned but you do not want to construct now , no one can force you
for construction.

It is your property. You can deal with the same in your best judgment. The approval for the building plan is of no constraint.

Please check your state law properly before giving ground to any one . If you don't want to construct mo issue you keep on renewing your building plan. Mostly validity of building plan is 1 year in Maharashtra as per act , same may be in your state

BBMP means BRUHAT BENGALURU MAHANAGARA PALIKE. sir I had visited the office before they have not answer to my question hence please i need you advice to giving for rent

1. What question did you put answer of which was not given by the concerned office?

2. When was plan sanctioned for constructing house?

2. What are the exact clauses about construction in the sanctioned plan?
