Do you belong to a lawyers family.If so you would have already gained preliminary experience.Otherwise it is always advisable to work atleast one year under a senior advocate.

I also advised you to go through the Advocate Act and BCI rules.

You can practice anytime.
You cannot do any business [even accounting that u r doing now] after enrollment.
Why not start from today itself, as u cannot do any other employment or business.
