Respected Sir,
On behalf of 150 Students, I'm writing this..
we have been provisionally selected to one bank and now the bank is not willing us to take.. Bank has huge vacancies,but they are not giving joining to us..we got Selection on 31 Jan 2018. Still no info from bank.. when we called them,rhey are keep saying we will intimate you, please wait..
what should we do..

That the bank is having vacancies is not a legally sustainable reason for you to claim appointment as a matter of right even if you are in the rank list.
They have every right to keep them vacant if they decide it as a policy. When to make appoint is a matter coming within their discretionary domain. You get the right to question them only if they appoint someone violating the rank list or not giving you appointment despite you receive an appointment order from them.
Your right to question your appointment starts only when you receive your appointment order, but not before.
