Hello sir my sister marriage before 2 year & she have a son but her husband death before 5 month.What is the rights to them and her son.
Please suggest me.

She has right and share in the property of her deceased husband. She is entitled to her husband's pension, provident fund, insurances etc. Her son had share in the property of the deceased father as well as copacenery in the Hindu copacenery property or ancestral property of the Hindu family.

Yes, she and her are the legal heirs of the late husband. As far immovable properties, mother also is a legal heir.
