If the FIR is apparently false then first obtain bail.
Do note that no case of defamation lies even if the FIR is false unless and until you are acquitted of the charges.

Make counter complaint of criminal trespass ,house breaking and criminal intimidation.
If there is app rent falsity in the complaint try your luck in quashing case as well.
