Legality of second marriage is decided on these questions

Whether she changed religion?
Whether muslim husband did or did not condone the matrimonial lapse of change of religion?

She married to Sikh boy according to her previous Sikh religion.

Javed,

Once the lady changed the religion to Islam. She is now a Muslim.

Unless she changes the religion again, she can not be called a Hindu (Sikhs are considered Hindus legally) and hence her divorce has to be governed by Muslim Law.

If she has not changed religion again, the second marriage is non-est and she can be charged with bigamy as well.
