A studied Jat girl married to Muslim boy according to Muslim law after changing her name and religion to Islam. But later on she further got married to sikh boy without taking divorce from her Muslim husband .Will you please guide me what legal action can be taken against her illegal acts at this stage.
Once the lady changed the religion to Islam. She is now a Muslim.
Unless she changes the religion again, she can not be called a Hindu (Sikhs are considered Hindus legally) and hence her divorce has to be governed by Muslim Law.
If she has not changed religion again, the second marriage is non-est and she can be charged with bigamy as well.
