Action on Court Staff

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 15 December 2009 This query is : Resolved
Hi,

I have observed the following things during my case. The court staff are now a days completely corrupted and can do anything for 100 bugs. Pls let me know what action we can take on these staff.

1. The submitted documentary proofs were replaced by some duplicates.
2. The orders were not given on time.

How can one do in such cases?

Usually the documents are submitted with a list in the open court on fixed date and the court orders 'recorded'.If you have given proper and correct discription of the documents attached with the list, you can take true copy of the same and complain to the same court that your docuements are missing etc.Alongwith this you may complain to the appointing authority i.e. dj and insist for de against defaulting clerks.

Submit the document with proper marking and immediately apply for its certified copy and in response to delay in delivery of orders, I can say this disease has become incurable however, we have to live with this disease and try to persuade the concerned staff to cooperate otherwise there is no practical solution to this problem.
