Thank you Experts. Are you suggesting me that I should be ready with additional evidence while presenting application for justification of submission of additional Evidence and can submit the same immediately ? Or that there will be next adjournment to enable me to submitt the additonal evidence ?

You shall first submit an application for recalling the order posting the case for arguments and for posting the case for your further evidence. The court would post the case for 'objections if any' of the opposite party. In the next hearing the opposite party would submit objection. There may or may not be arguments on the same depending upon whether the opposite party has objection or no objection for your additional evidence. The court would then give a date for your additional evidence. On that date, you will have to lead your additional evidence.
