Experts evidence is not a conclusive proof. But to corroborate certain fact the experts evidence is admissible.for relevancy

HWE report is just his opinion which court may consider or may not consider.

1. You cannot prove any thing unless it is shown to be relevant and admissible.

2. FSL report on fingerprints is relevant under the Evidence Act u/S.45.

3.Generally, fingerprint opinion carries great weight unless another expert appearing on the other side gives contradictory opinion.

4. Courts do look for corroboration before relying on any opinion evidence.

Even if it is obvious that Signature differ (say in Chq Reb 138 n i cases) , Magistrate cannot fvr accused. One need supporting evidence of HW Expert.

However, HW Expert is subject to stand his cross examination, as their services are paid services, and favr one who pay them. It is not impartial, an court may or may not accept the opinion.
So, Experts evidence is not a conclusive proof
