Mr. Shekhar Puri,

What is the relevance of posting your supplementary information in a separate thread if not posted on the main thread, where my answer is located?

Also, if you can be the judge of your own cause, you should not have felt the need to ask your question at LCI.

Moreover, if you feel that you don't have any need to explain the case history, you may better file the case with the same facts you narrated and can wait for the decision of the judge.

By the way, have you discussed in that question about any evidence against your wife's adultery, if available with you?

If you've evidence against the wife's paramour who is guilty of Adultery who has an affair with another man's wife he will be liable to punishment for the crime of adultery. But there is no punishmnt for your wife. Prove your wife's adultery if you've evidence in court.

Please post your query in the same thread.

If you are not satisfied with advice of any expert, better wait for advice from other experts.

You should avoid to put your words in mouth of others.

If you have given your facts and any expert is wanting supplementary information, either provide for better advice or if do not want to give, can keep mum.

Please maintain decorum.
