pls dont ask such questions here.
none of the Hon'ble members here can be rated as best or worst.
visit the high court and have consultation with few lawyers about ur case, hire the services of one who satisfies u.
all the lawyers are equal, none is best or worst.

Dear Mr Prabhakar
It is really tough to find out an advocate best suitable to your case. Even for advocates it is not easy to get in touch of a proper advocate on a particular subject. Some tips may be useful to you.
• It is not necessary that a famous advocate or an advocate charging high fee or an old aged advocate is a good advocate.
• Your advocate should be having time to attend your case. If he has a back up of senior advocate it is advantageous.
• Younger advocate is not always bad but if your case is tough or may spoil your future you should not take risk.
• Advocate practicing in exclusively particular area may be having little more knowledge of latest laws but they are not always good lawyers.
If you do not know any advocate so far, you may try as under.
You go to a younger advocate of 5 year practice (pay him some fee) and ask him about 5 good advocate of that locality who can handle your case.
Repeat the same with some other advocates.
Finally you will be having a list of good advocates to handle your case.
