AFFIDAVIT FOR SURNAME CHANGE

My name is jayendra chunara and I work in a psu bank , i want to change my surname from chunara to GHEEWALA because majority of my family members like uncle aunt cousins have gheewala surname as per our family business and native place, now my question is , all my documents till date is in chunara surname and now I want my surname change through gazzate notified
So won't it create much problem to change surname in my all kyc and educational certificates and I belong to OBC so won't it affect my reservation status ? And at last how I may change surname after gazzate notification in my organization can they oppose or take any action against me ? Nd will my children get reservation status of obc if I get my surname changed

Kindly help me on all above points

After Gazette publication regarding your name change, you have to enclose the copy of the Gazette notification with other certificates. it will sufficient.

It would be difficult to get the name changed on educational certificates.

Get affidavit prepared for name change, give two news paper ads and get it inserted in state gazette.

This would not effect your OBC status.
