Dear all,
I won the case us 138 but still not received any amoun.
I lost all the amount in this case , now I have no money to case anywhere any my lawyer clearly told me that no money, no servic.
What can I do for get my money back from the person who is in the jail.

So, the court case has made you helpless and money less. Anyway, congratulations for winning the case but sorry for your losing on the front of money and happiness. You can't do anything without paying money to the legal community, may your case be a success or failure..

Court trials always render the litigants starving of money, besides other sufferings and waste of time. So, a sensible person should always weigh pros & cons of the idea of litigation before going to the courts. A jailed person cannot be expected to repay your dues, even if you file another case for recovery of the money. Now you will have to be satisfied with the success of getting the opposite party jailed. You will always be at his mercy even after comes out of jail.
