I made an agreement and that lost somewhere.Can I made a new one of the same content? if no then what is repercussion of that ?

If the said agreement was registered, you can apply and get a copy of the document from the registrar office. In absence of registration, with the mutual consent of the parties concerned, you can enter into a new agreement (you can mention in the recitals regarding the lost agreement, too).
