Amalgamation under comapny law

(Querist) 28 February 2013 This query is : Resolved 
a company xyz ltd(transferee) has filed petition to merge with 2 other company. they have managad to get an order to dispense with the procedural requirement of convening meeting of secured creditors .an undertaking is also issued to all secured creditors and published in paper. can any secured creditor file objection to this scheme when it is before high court for sanction??

Surely any secured creditor file objection to this scheme. But he has to mention why he want to oppose this scheme.
