More than amendment it is the pursuasiveness which counts in addition it should not be voilative of the policy.

MERCY PETITIONS ARE SENT TO PRESIDENT OF INDIA AND KINDLY NOTE THAT THE ACCUSED WHO IS CONVICTED AND HIS RELATIVES AND WELL WISHERS AND ADVOCATES SHOULD SERIOUSLY COLLECT DETAILS OF ALL LOWER COURT MATTERS AND CERTIFIED COPIES OF THE SAME WILL BE USE FUL TO AVOID FURTHER DELAYS.PERSONAL FOLLOW UP WITH ADVOCATES AND SUFFICIENT FINANCIAL PROVISIONS FOR EXPENSES IS ALSO VITAL REQUIREMENT AS SEVERAL COURT DETAILS ARE INVOLVED IN THIS MATTER AND IT WILL BE USEFUL TO EXPEDIATE THE MATTER.
