Your boy child is no more a child hence the child custody case may not be maintainable for visiting your child or getting the custody of your child under guardians and wards act.

Your child has attained majority and it depends on him whether he wants to see you or not , you can't claim visitation rights.

Yes. Your boy child completed 18 years and if available to contact him and he wants to see you, you can meet him. But the question of visitation rights does not come as he is a major.

Please note the following :-----In our country, parents have custody of a child until the child turns 18 years old. After that, the child can decide where they want to live, and the court will not make a decision on their behalf.
If parents separate or divorce, the court usually grants custody to one parent and visitation rights to the other. The goal is to allow the child to grow up with both parents.
However to obtain visitation rights, the non-custodial parent must:
Apply and file a petition in the family court
Fixed your the desired visitation schedule
