This query is : Resolved
Whether after filing a divorce (MAT) petition it can be amended ( the whole petition)? The suit is just filed and other party has been given notice. It is intended to amend the whole petition on the next date (that is the third date given by the court). Is it possible? Please guide about the procedure. What should be the format of the amendment?

You cannot find these small things i.e. amendment etc. in any pleading book. it will be better to consult some seniors.
Mogha's book on pleadings is best one.
