Ancesteral property

My mother has a house property registered in her name 40 years back. This property was given to her by her mother(my grand mother).Can this property considered as ancesteral property?

Questioned property had been registered in the name of your mother 40 years back and after being registered your mother is absolute owner of said property so the said property is called her individual property and not ancestral property.
