After the death of father means mother , sons and daughters have got equal rights in the property. If you obtain the property extract from city survey office and file a suit for partition and seperate possession.

You are entitled for equal share. File partition suit.

file partition suit and pray for injunction over the immovable property as interim relief and to get the documents from with the direction of the Civil Court.

contact Learned Advocate at your nearest Civil Court, who will guide you properly.

Advocate Ravinder (Expert) 22 August 2013
File a partition suit and along with it file two interim applications 1)not to alienate the property untill disposal of the main suit and 2) deposite the rents which are being collected by your mother into the court, pending disposal of the main suit.

As it is a commercial complex property you will get the certified copies of the property from Municipal by mentioning the Municipal No.

I do endorse the advice of Ravinder.
