Mr. Anonymous! The property situated within lal Dora of the village requires no specific change of name and its ownership automatically passes on to the next generations in Haryana and so far your agriculture land is concerned, contact your area Patwari in the possession of which the revenue record remains. These days in some Tehsil Offices the revenue record is also available online. You can obtain either from Meham or from your village patwari who sits in your village Patwarkhana.

Now question of safety and partition of your property. I suggest to immediately take physical possession of your property situated in the village and ultimately you will have to sale it except temple. Get it sold with the the consent of your uncle and divide the sales price as per understanding. Agicultural land has also a good value these days in your area so after making due enquiries, you may also sale those Killas. In case you require any help, I am in Bhiwani and can help you. My cell no. is 09416058227.
