Dear Expert members,
In regards to filing SLP before supreme court of India..most lawyers do only annexed only the typed copies of petitions filed before the High Court and Lower courts but don't annexed their annexures which they had filed before their respective courts (except body of the plaint) with the SLP..Whether its advisable for not annexing their annexures in the SLP?

They do so, since if there is any illegibility, the same will not be accepted in SC. Since the petition filed by them are already typed and quite legible they retain the same. If the annexures already annexed are quite clear and legible the same can be filed, otherwise not. Better leave it to the lawyer. Even if it involves additional cost to you by way of typing charges etc., you cannot escape the same.

It is the job of registry to see which documents are required to be annexed and which are irrelevant and even court can demand, if need arise so.
