So far as anticipatory bail is concerned, it is purely the discretion of the court, however, discretion is used lawfully. If prima-facie you get the court convinced that the whole story is implicated and false during your argument on your application then Sessions court shall definitely grant the relief.

u can apply for the anticipatory bail because it is non bailable offence. If u convinced the court that u r innocent then u may get the anticipatory bail.
