Your brother cannot file DVC case and if your sister in law has filed it then you and all unrelated members of your uncle family need to move an application before the same court to delete your names having no relationship with the applicant failing which go for revision before high court.

"But my brother and his wife both are(i read 'have') intentionally filed a DVC against my self, my sister, my mother and other four members of my cousin brothers."
IT CAN NEVER HAPPEN.
A male can not initiate DV act proceedings. For his wife initiation you can file objection as suggested exploring all relevant facts by an affidavit.

A writ is entertained when you are able to satisfy High court, you have no alternative remedy or even if you have the same is not efficacious.
Then you need to consult a High Court lawyer
with brief of the case.
