If a civil suit which has been awarded by the court in favour of the defendant(litigant), I would like to know where appeal can be filed by the Applicant/Petitioner and what is the time limit (Detail please i.e from the date of decree) for the same

appeal has to be filed with in 30 days, if the judgement is given by the Jr.Div court, u have to preffer apeal before the Senior division court, if it is by District court u have to approach the High court. and plz disclose to us what is the nature of the case, and what decree it is?

appeal can be filed before District Judge within 20 days of the pronouncement of decision/judgment.
