Why a judgment in civil case is binding in criminal case and why criminal case judgment is not binding in civil case?

The evidence taken on oath could be admissible and so also ratio based on the evidence/
2, You mist keep in mind that the judgement in a Civil Cae is given on the" Preponderance of Evidence" and the degree of proof is not all that " Iron clad"
3. In a Criminal Cae the Offence has to be proved " BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT" otherwise the prosecution case fails
3. In some circumstances the provisions of the Evidence Act only apply to Civil cases
4. From where you have got the idea that Civil Case decision applies to the Criminal Case and not otherwise? Pl state

There was a news item a few days ago that many persons who have not even seen the face of a Law College are performing in courts as fully qualified advocates and thus making a fool of the litigants and also of the judicial system.
It should not be an herculean task for any student of law to comment upon the instant query
