Sir,
1.i was file one civil suit for declaration,
possession and injunction.(Property)
at the time of proceeding one legal hire for
deceased file application u/o 1 rule 10 cpc
with false & forge 'WILL'(Unregistered)
2.Legal hire already execute one N.O.C on my fevour in front two witness & Orth commissioner attested.
please advise next step.

You can stop a person form getting added as party if he prima facie has got interest in the suit property.
If the Will is forged you have nothing to worry.

How can you establish the falsification and forgery (as stated/alleged by you) committed for the document of "Will" by the person who want to be included in the array of parties without deposition and cross-examination?
It is better to let him be impleaded as respondent and let him prove his version/ averment.

Sir,Dr.J.C.Vashista,
ok Legal Hire already two case file one criminal & one succession Case since 2010
But not mention few word regarding this WILL
& Notary Stamp (Attested in WILL) also forge, i filed RTI to
Delhi Admmin.-LAW & JUSTICE Deptt.

sir my few query please help & PROCESS FOR THIS STAGE.
1. plaintiff (me) & defendants agree to compromise will be filed meditation cell
for defendant agree to give possession
& I'll be settle ( Compromise ) one other criminal case against defendant section 420 , 468 , 471 & 120B.
2.Applicant not a party this time.
court will be arguments on application U/o 1 Rule 10 CPC.
sir, plaintiff (me) & defendant settle (compromise) or court allow this stage.
