SIR, I HAVE FILED AN APPLICATION UNDER ORDER6 RULE 17 IN WHICH NO ORDER HAS BEEN PASSED TILL DATE. I WANT TO WITHDRAW THAT KINDLY GUID ME UNDER WHICH ORDER AND RULE I CAN WITHDRAW THAT.

i dont want to withdraw, i want to change to RCR to section 11, court did not passed the order as earlier wife filed the transfer application due to that stay was ther, now its transferd to cout of up in dec so its pending.
