I am suggesting you to initiate prosecution on the offenders. Proceed in accordance with law. If you lodge a complaint, they will throw it on your face, just because you do not have any locus standi.
If you do not have money take the help of free legal aid center.
You do not know anything about the company law, simply pretending as if you are a senior advocate.
I pity on you, instead of posing as a senior advocate, do some other work to earn your today's food. I know that you are suffering a lot for your daily survival, by spoiling your name, you have missed a lot.
At least herein after work hard, try to succeed in your career. Better late than never. It is my sincere advise, seeing your financial condition.

Thus you can inform the authority that has issued the communique...... BUT not advised on FIR.
In another post he has stated, "You may inform vigilance cell," and quoted a link: "http://www.business-standard.com/article/pti-stories/vigilance-court-orders-to-lodge-fir-against-ex-pu-vc-113080101248_1.html" which is just a newspaper article about the order of the Vigilance court on "financial irregularity" on the part of former Patna University Vice-Chancellor of the university, who received salary as well as research grant, along with two other officers, AND HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THEIR QUALIFICATIONS.
So, I wonder, what exactly is his advice on his question on FIR, when the article has nothing to do with the qualification of the vice chancellor or other officers.
Hope, in future, you would like to verify the facts before making recommendation to act upon the fake advice of Mr. Doab. HE HAS NOT TOUCHED THE POINT ON FIR, AS ASKED BY THE AUTHOR. His blind support may harm your own reputation with the querists in general.
Moreover, the author has not yet clarified in what capacity he wants to file an FIR.
Since the author has not responded to my question for the last two days, which reveals that he has no relation with the problem and may perhaps not be competent to file an FIR.

What is the use of repeating your cries "NOW LEAVE AND DON'T COME BACK." several times when I have already promised you that I shall leave after you YOU MUST POST YOUR REAL NAME, PHOTO AND YOUR DESTINATION PLACE IN YOUR PROFILE AT THE LCI.
Otherwise there would remain no doubt about you that either you can be a fraudulent person or a criminal with a fake ID at LCI. But you are creating more and more doubt about your integrity by not posting your real identity.

Only a criminal or fraud person does not intend to prove his credentials.
So, your flat refusal to prove your credentials on several requests very clearly indicate that you can only be a fraud or a criminal.
I don't try to cheat, misguide or mislead the authors like you, as you have mostly been found to do. Moreover, an expert cannot frequently advice the authors to consult some very capable counsel/ lawyer, as you had frequently been doing.
So, your own action proves that you are not an expert, rather a tout of some lawyers on commission basis, who frequently ask the authors to consult some very capable counsel/ lawyer with the intention to make the authors ask you about the lawyer, so that you may refer him to some lawyer of your choice for whom you may be acting as tout and get commission out of his fee.

my only requirement is that you should be transparent, honest and sincere towards the querists as well as the experts. So, in the wider interests, I have asked you to update your LCI profile with your real ID.
But, since you have flatly refused to prove your credentials so far even on asking for several times, NOW MY CONDITIONS TO LEAVE YOU ARE AS FOLLOWS:
1) post your real name, photo and destination place for the purpose of transparency;
2) Shun your cheating habit and don't try to mislead and misguide the authors, who are already facing some problem to make their problems more complicated, as of your very bad habit by loading with a voluminous junk of google researched irrelevant material without your specific advice, which you call your illustrated replies; and
3) MUST beg pardon of me for profusely abusing me in several thread.
Otherwise, don't expect me to leave you even in your dreams.
