Can a third party dispute be a part of an arbitration agreement between the 2 parties? which judgement/section of the arbitration law clears that a dispute with a third party will be out of the purview of the agreement??

No. the dispute which is otherwise barred under agreement to be brought before arbitrator qua third party can not be brought as such.

to refer a dispute to arbitrator, the dispute must be directly n substantially be between the parties only.
