Respected Sir/s
I have filed application for appointment of Arbitrator U/s 11 before the High Court in year 2008 due to my Non-apperance the same Got Dismissed in default in year 2009.Can i restore the said application or any other remedy..please suggest.

The said application cannot be restored at sch belated stage. None can imagine when you shall even read our replies because you didn't got time to persue your application till one full year and spared time only after 4 years of such dismissal of application.
