I heard that a woman can not be arrested in civil case , is it true , what is the provision .can't court given NBW against a woman in NI Act

Dear Author,NI act Cases are not Civil Cases.No Arrest of both the Genders in Civil Cases.

A woman can also be convicted in 138 NI act. If the woman does not attend the court in the above case, NBW can be issued against her.
