Well users, SC Community, dispossessed by the mighty of the village and even all authorities do not take action against the culprits and hence the rights of the downtrodden villagemen were subjected to such an extent that which could not be mentioned or presented in this page and also police fabricated a false story in collusion and conspiracy with the defaulters. How to bring the deprived one to their original status and how the well to be restored to them for their use.

Move to the court (special designated court in each district) and file complaint under section 3 & 4 of The Prevention of Atrocities on Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes Act wherein the action is taken very fast and police can be compelled to lodge FIR against all culprits and arrest them. If no action seems taken on their part move a petition to National Commission for Scheduled Caste & Scheduled Tribes at Delhi and also in your State.
