Is there any legal process to ask any department(e.g school service commission)to provide carbon copy of OMR sheet so that a transparent and corruption free examination held.Now a days we know government services rest to the family member of Political NETA's and rich people.

Can you explain how the carbon copy of OMR sheet, if provided to examinees, can help corruption free examination, when parents & siblings of the examinees are often seen sending answer slips in the examination halls to help the examinees?

I agree with u sir but this generally not happen in job exams.Generally in job exam Neta's and pilitical party takes 5 to 10 lakh rupees to thier candidates and tell them to keep blank OMR sheet and after exam they take out OMR sheet and filled the correct answer.And those real student who passes the exam they make mistakes in thier OMR sheet.Sir i have seen thousands of qualituless people gets job just by paying bribe and and genuine people left behind despite having talent and quality.

Who produce netas? Only public. Why they elect such netas, if they are corrupt?
By the way, if you receive OMR sheet, how do you propose to curb mal practice of netas or the bribe being taken by them?
System change, not carbon copies of OMR sheets, is quite necessary for curbing corruption, which is in the hands of the public.

He thinks that by supplying Carbon Copy of the answers written by the candidates in the OMR sheets, the problem mentioned by him will get eliminated.
Unfortunately, he does not realise, that if one can give the unfilled OMR answer sheet (to be filled later by somebody so that the candidate who gave the Blank copy and who has no knowledge at all gets passed), such a candidate can also equally leave the carbon copy along with the blank original OMR sheet. After OMR sheet is filled up later, even he can get the carbon copy of the same and keep it with him. Further, once he passes and he does not have any grievance, there is no use for him for the carbon copy and nobody can insist that he should produce his carbon copy!

Dear Anirudh sir i think i am unable to explain my query, Let me explain it again.
Suppose 100 students given exam and all students got their carbon copy of OMR sheet,In this situation all will be 100% sure that they will pass or fail but this is not happening because they dont have any proof to claim and this exploited by the department.On the other hand those who have given bribe get easily pass as i have discuss above.
Actually i have nothing with them who give bribe i just want department or Neta cant play with genuine student.
I have seen 100 of student get recruited and they dont have any knowledge about the exam they have given, and they even say that they have paid 6 lakh or 8 lakh to that Neta for this recruitment.
One more thing These department even not provide Question paper of examination.
I just want to know can file a case against the department to provide examination question paper or carbon copy of OMR sheet to provide all student.
And what will be the result.

Dear Sameer,
I have answered your query and then only I answered.
Now assume, I grant carbon copy of the answersheet filled by each candidate. When the result comes, you will find that you are not selected. Other persons who did not fill up the OMR but given only blank forms will get selected while you are not selected
Now, how you will claim that you are entitled for selection? You will try to produce the carbon copy of the answer sheet filled up by you and given to you. ARE YOU SURE THAT YOU WOULD HAVE SCORED 100 OUT OF 100? The chances are very less.
Assume again that you scored 90 marks out of 100.
The person who is filling up the answers in the OMR sheet for a person who gave it BLANK, will ensure that the correct answers are filled up so that he scores at least 1 mark more than you.
If that happens, what is the use of your producing the carbon copy of your answer sheet? As your score will be only 90 while the other person's score is more than 90, then he only will get the selection and not you. THIS IS, IN SPITE OF ACCEPTING YOUR SUGGESTION AND GIVING TO THE CANDIDATES THE CARBON COPY OF THE ANSWER SHEET FILLED BY THE CANDIDATE!
So, now tell me, whether your suggestion will work?

Sir i am talking about a specific exam which have a fix mark to pass.I mean if student gets 60% he will pass.
And another thing is that last year about all the student i.e about 25000 student get selected by this method.You will say how can u say that all the 25000 student is recruited by providing money.Then i will answer you that i know 100 out of them and if you ask anybody in our state you will know that i am right.
My carbon copy of OMR sheet will not remove this corruption but i hope this will minimize.
