in my birth certificate my name is written JIGNESH, & birth date is 11/04/1977.But my name is JINESH & birth date is 11/01/1977.what should i have to do.

You should file a suit for declaration in the Court having jurisdiction. Consult an Advocate.

You are now aprox. 36-37 years of age. What were the reasons you did not got the rectification done till date. What is your date of birth mentioned on your educational certificates. If the same has to be changed it would be difficult.

You can get the name changed easily by affidavit, news paper publication and gazette publication. Better keep both as per record in your educational certificates.
